Madison Village Manor, Inc. operates two intermediate care facilities in Madison, Ohio: The Gables and Madison Village Manor. The Gables is our 16 bed intermediate care facility, licensed through the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities, and certified by the Ohio Department of Health and Ohio Medicaid. Madison Village Manor is our 8 bed intermediate care facility, licensed through the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities, and certified by the Ohio Department of Health and Ohio Medicaid.
What we Do
We provide comprehensive and continuous care for adult males with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our main focus rests in ensuring the highest quality of life for our residents through various avenues of independence building, vocational skill development, community integration and active treatment.
our history
Madison Village Manor, Inc. (MVM) was founded in 1977 by our grandfather with the hopes of making a lasting impact on those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. MVM, Inc. began with a 7 bed home located in Madison, Ohio and rapidly expanded by acquiring a neighboring 20 bed home in the early 1980’s. From our company’s inception, we have remained steadfast in treating our residents as members of our family. You can feel the positive energy our of homes when you walk through our doors and see the smiles on our residents’ faces.
Our Mission
We continue to seek out the best possible practices for ensuring our residents have the opportunity for community integration, increased vocational skills, continued building of independence skills, and appropriate medical care.
