Lisa Griesmer, LNHA, Owner/Administrator
With over 26 years of healthcare experience, Lisa joined the team in an advisory role in 2017 when her father, the previous owner, passed away unexpectedly. From then until Spring 2020, Lisa continued to support her two daughters in ensuring that the legacy of MVM Inc. lived on. In Spring 2020, Lisa officially joined the team as Administrator of MVM, Inc. and has continued to work on enriching the lives of both residents and staff.
Lindsay Griesmer, M.Ed. Assistant Administrator, QIDP
Lindsay has worked for the family business since 2017, starting as a Program Director and working her way up to both QIDP and Assistant Administrator of MVM, Inc. In 2022 Lindsay received her M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. This additional degree has helped Lindsay relate to the residents of MVM Inc. on a more personal level.
Allison Griesmer, PhD, Behavioral Health Consultant
Allison received her PhD from Cleveland State University in counseling psychology in December 2022. She has worked for the family business since 2015, starting as a Program Director and working her way up to QIDP and Administrator. Allison has enjoyed working in the field of developmental and intellectual disabilities as she feels she is making a lasting impact on residents’ lives through mental health interventions.
Doris Siringer, Program Director and Human Resources Coordinator: MVM Inc.
Doris has worked at The Gables since 1996, starting as a Direct Support Professional, continuing as the Activities Coordinator, then Associate Program Director, and beginning a new opportunity coordinating Human Resources for both buildings. Doris is the staff member who has been with the company the longest and will tell you that over the past 7 years, there have been so many positive changes within the facilities.
Tammy Taggart LPN Director of Nursing and Clinical Services: MVM Inc.
Tracy Adams, LPN Assistant Director of Nursing: Madison Village Manor
Tracy has worked for MVM Inc. since 2021 and has been a nurse for the last 14 years. Within that time Tracy has worked with the IDD/DD community due to the difference she can make each day. In her spare time, Tracy enjoys spending time with her cats and adult children along with exploring Northeast Ohio and crafting.
MaryBeth Curiale, Activities Coordinator: MVM, Inc.
MaryBeth joined the MVM Inc. team in 2023 as the Activities Coordinator after working for 20+ years in activities with individuals who have memory deficits. She finds the most rewarding part of her job is when our individuals get the opportunity to try something new. Some of Marybeth’s favorite community outings with our individuals include: traveling to Waldameer in PA, going on the Goodtime III, and experiencing life on a farm at Holden Faith Farms.
Karen McGrain, Vocational Coordinator: MVM, Inc.
After working with individuals in Riverside School District, Karen joined the team in 2018 as MVM Inc.’s Vocational Coordinator. Everyday Karen enjoys working with the residents and being able to help them learn new skills. In March 2020, Karen helped MVM Inc. revamp their vocational program to give the residents an opportunity to become the best version of themselves.
